Cancellation and Late Policy
An appointment cancellation with less than 48-hours notice, or a “no-show” to the appointment, will result in an administrative fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment to be applied to the card supplied by the client.
Also, as a courtesy to all clients, we allow up to 15-minutes for our clients to run late to their appointment. After that time, the appointment shall be considered as a missed appointment and an administrative fee of 50%, of the scheduled treatment, will be applied to the card supplied by the client.
